Nutrition is personal, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss the best method for you, whether that’s calorie tracking, flexible dieting or small yet impactful behavioral changes. The goal is to achieve results without adding stress—because food should fuel your progress, not frustration.
Strength training is essential for building muscle, burning fat, and improving overall health. It is the foundation of your wellness program. I will work with you to develop a strength training program that fits your goals and abilities. Workouts are updated every four weeks to provide the body with enough time to adapt without risk of plateau.

Cardio and endurance training are important for building stamina and improving overall health. This is mistakenly used as a fat burning tool, when it plays a far critical role than just helping shed unwanted fat. If used incorrectly, it can actually cause you to keep or even gain more fat. I will design a cardio and endurance training program that will help you reach your fitness goals.
Depending on your chosen coaching method, you’ll have access to the PFC Fitness App. Features include follow-along workout videos, written tutorials, detailed muscle explanations, examples of common mistakes, and more. The app also offers a weekly schedule, progress reminders, and a dashboard tracking key metrics. Access to specific features will vary based on your selected program.
