Your Movement Screening is a comprehensive 60-minute assessment that evaluates your mobility, strength, restricted range of motion, muscular imbalances, and other areas for potential improvement. While virtual sessions are available, an in-person meeting is recommended for a more thorough evaluation.
Upon selecting a training method that aligns with your preferences, an optional 30-minute complimentary onboarding session is provided to familiarize you with the application and training platform. Additionally, this session facilitates the synchronization of any pertinent technology devices, such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, or MyFitnessPal.
